>> Strawberries for
Sweetheart
 STRAWBERRY
HEART SANDWICHES
Ingredients:
4 slices of chocolate sponge cake
1 tbsp. Strawberry Crush or Strawberry Jam (See
Recipe)
2 tbsp. sweetened, whipped double cream
1 tbsp. sliced strawberries
Makes: 2 Sandwiches
Method:
1. Using a heart-shaped cutter, cut the cake slices
in heart shapes.
2. Spread Strawberry Jam or
Crush on all slices.
3. Spread whipped cream on two slices.
4. Last, spread strawberry slices on the cream.
4. Place the other two slices with the jam side
facing down to complete the sandwiches.
5. Spoon the remaining cream into a piping bag and
using a plain, round nozzle, drizzle cream on top.
6. For more garnish, serve with Chocolate
Coated Strawberries.
