Bleeding Lipstick?

Here are some tips to help bleeding lipstick:

1. If you have a problem with bleeding lipstick, there is hope. Apply a small bit of foundation with your sponge on dry lips. Then apply lip liner around the edges of your lips to draw a boundary for the lipstick.  This will help keep your lipstick where it belongs. 

2. Lipstick bleeding is sometimes caused by dry, cracked skin around the lips. proper moisturizing of lips can help.
