Free Scrapbooking Tag Instructions – Birthday Cake Tag

Materials:

• Gold Cardstock – from the Southwest collection
• Whipper Snapper Birthday Sticker Sheet
• Sew Sweet Strings
• Peel ‘n Stick Foam Adhesive Squares

Instructions: – Cut a tag from cardstock (mine is 2.5″ wide & 3.5″ high) – Punch a hole in the top with a 3/16 punch or a 1 hole punch – Attach the sticker border. To get perfect corners lay side border over bottom border (on the tag) & cut corner at an angle before sticking them down firmly. Take off cut edges & corners should fit perfectly. – Stick birthday cake sticker in middle of tag. – Use foam square adhesives to stick a heart at the top of the border on each side – Tie fibers through hole. To tie fold ribbon in half & slide through hole. Slide rest of ribbon through loop & tighten. – To give the stickers an ‘aged’ look lightly sand them before sticking them on.
