Abdominal and back muscles that are weak will not support your back properly. Frequent walking is a good exercise for your back as well as your whole body.

It is important to maintain good overall health for your body. Eating healthy foods, drinking a lot of water, little or no alcohol consumption, not smoking can improve your health. Anything that you can do to keep your body healthy will protect your back.
