2. Find time to Relax Before Bed

The type of mattress that you use can also make a big difference. Many adults have mattresses that are too firm or soft for their back. If it doesn’t cater to your comfort, you will continuously have a difficult time falling asleep.

Try not to sleep on your back either. By resting on your side and on your stomach you can benefit from a deep sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.

Even though adults don’t need as much sleep as children, they still have to recharge their bodies. By getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night you can benefit from a boosted immune system and increase your ability to concentrate during the day. Sleep helps you avoid irritability and fatigue.
