Borsch Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups beets, cut in fine strips 3 cups water 1/2 cup of peas 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp dill 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 cup carrot, cut fine 1 cup tomato soup 1 tsp parsley 3/4 cup of whipping creamMethod
Cup up vegetables, put in water and add other ingredients except tomato soup and cream. Boil until veggies are tender. Add tomato soup, cook for 1 minute more. Just before serving, add cream.
Serves 4
