Brussels Sprouts with Almonds – Elegant Christmas Dinner Menu
Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound Brussels sprouts
Method:
Place butter and almonds in bowl, cook on high 2 minutes or until almonds are lightly toasted, stirring once during cooking. Place trimmed sprouts in shallow dish, cover, cook on high 5 minutes or until tender, toss with almonds and butter.
