Caramel Nut Clusters Recipe
Ingredients:
l (14 oz.) package caramels 2 tablespoons whipping cream l2 cupsĀ popped popcorn 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
Method:
Combine caramels and whipping cream in a glass bowl. Microwave at high 3 minutes or until melted, stirring mixture once.
Put popcorn and peanuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with caramel sauce, tossing gently to coat.
Put popcorn mixture on a lightly greased 15×10″ jellyroll pan. Bake at 250 deg. for l hour. Cool.
Makes about 13 cups.
