Chestnut Soup – Winter Soup Recipe
Add any type of pasta you have on hand, to make this filling soup
Serves: 4 Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients
– 600 g of brown chestnuts – 20 g butter – A piece of sugar – 300 ml broth – salt , pepper
Directions
Peel the chestnuts and place them in a pot filled with sweet and salty broth.
Bring to a boil and add butter after the first boil .
Cook over low heat for 1 hour without stirring. Blend and serve.
