This is a really simple recipe requiring only 2 ingredients. Vegetarians can easily follow the same instructions and use Seitan (canned wheat gluten) cuts and proceed in the same way.

Ingredients
1 lb. Ribs (or Seitan pieces for vegetarians)
1 Small Jar Bar-B-Q Sauce
Directions
Put the ribs in the crock-pot add the sauce turn on the crock-pot to low. When its dinner time take out the ribs and enjoy. Serve with rice for a wholesome, filling meal.
