Salmon with Dill Sauce, Couscous and Asparagus

For Salmon: 4 salmon fillets dash of salt dash of dill weed Preheat oven to broil. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place fillets on baking sheet and sprinkle with a little salt and dill weed. Broil for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.Dill Sauce: 1 small container fat-free plain yogurt 1 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. mayonnaise Mix together. Spoon over fish before servingServe with:Couscous – Make according to directions on box.Fresh asparagus – Bring a pot of water to boil. Drop in asparagus and boil for 3-4 minutes. Take out of water immediately and serve.
