Mixed Baked Vegetables – Recipe for Thanksgiving and Fall
Blend together fall recipes with white sauce for an easy dish.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped par-boiled mixed vegetables – potatoes, peppers, green beans, cauliflower, carrots etc.
1 cup white sauce
1 med onion, finely chopped
1tbsp. salted butter
Processed cheese
Seasonings
Directions:
1. Sauté onions in butter.
2. Add boiled vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Mix vegetables in white sauce.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or till cheese starts to melt and you can see brown edges.
