Peanut Chutney Recipe

Grind together:

100 gm (roasted) peanuts

3 green chilies

1″ piece of ginger

1/4 tsp. black salt

A pinch of asafoetida

Salt to taste

How to proceed: Squeeze juice of one lemon to the chutney and mix well. Optionally, salt may be added after grinding. 1/4 ‘Garam Masala’ may also be added.

Serve with sandwiches, fried and baked snacks, as spreads etc.
