Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • One quart mason jar with plastic lid
  • raspberries
  • white vinegar

Method:

Fill a one quart mason jar 3/4 with raspberries.

Add vinegar to completely cover raspberries. Place lid on jar.

Keep in a dark place for one week. Shake once a day.

After one week, use a strainer to strain the raspberries from the vinegar.

Place vinaigrette into a nice bottle with tight sealing lid.

Refrigerate.
