Scalloped Potatoes with Pumpkin Sauce – Recipe for Thanksgiving and Fall
Pumpkins lend an unmistakable holiday touch to this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 440g can Cream of Pumpkin soup
½ soup can milk
1 med onion, coarsely chopped
¾ cup breadcrumbs
Seasonings
Directions:
1. Layer potatoes and onions in a shallow casserole.
2. Combine pumpkin soup, milk and seasoning.
3. Pour over potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for 1 hour at 190ºC.
