One smoked ham, about four to six pounds, 16 ounces of cranberry sauce either canned or prepared. Be sure that it includes the whole berry intact, One can of crushed pineapple, with juices drained, One bottle of horseradish
Method:
1.) Begin by placing the ham into a roasting pan. Leave uncovered and place in a 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for one to one and a half hours.
2.) Meanwhile, mix the cranberry sauce, pineapple, and horseradish in a bowl. Place it covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
3.) When ham is completely cooked, remove from oven and cut into thin slices. Serve with chilled chutney.
