Three Bean Salad – Low Calorie Easter Recipes
Not only are beans extremely low-cal, they also have many other health benefits, including a lot of fiber. One serving of this salad is approximately thirty calories. And the bonus is, its very easy to make!
Ingredients:
One can each of green beans, red kidney beans, chick peas, all drained One medium onion, chopped ½ cup of French or Italian salad dressing
Directions:
1.) Combine all of the ingredients. Chill for at least two hours and serve cold.
