One thing you may notice when a partner is cheating is that they start to spend more time having secretive conversations on the phone. Rather than talking openly even when you are in the room, they may disappear into another room to continue talking or to make or take a call. You might even notice them hurriedly ending the conversation or hanging up when you come into the room while they are in mid-conversation.

You may also notice that your partner has started to go out a lot more – and without you there. They may start to make all sorts of excuses about why they are always going out such as family or work functions, but if they never take you with them, you do not really know where they are.
