Exercises for Removing Saddlebags/Love Handles on Outer Thighs
HIP ABDUCTION
Lie down on the floor on your side, as though lounging. Keeping your legs straight, lift your top leg in the air using your hip. This will tighten your outer thigh areas and remove saddle bags. Your legs should look like a pair of scissors opening.
If you wish to use resistance, you can hold a dumbbell on your thigh just above the knee or try wearing ankle weights.
