Parenting Tips – Teaching children to say ‘Thank You’

Spread the love

As a grandmother I find I have done the same things many times that my grandmother taught me. The one important thing children these days fail to do is thank people for giving them things because in my opinion, many children have way to much.

So, when my grandkids say they have gotten something from someone for a gift and they are visiting me, I have them write a thank-you note to the person. It was a lesson I learned early in life and my handwriting had to pass my grandmothers test.
