Vegetable Fried Rice – Kids’ Lunch Box Idea
Ingredients:
2 cups cold cooked rice – cold rice can be stir fried easily 1 large onion, chopped 1 green peppers, chopped 1 Carrot, finely chopped 4 medium sized Mushrooms, chopped 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded salt for seasoning to taste pepper for seasoning for taste 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Directions:
1. Fry onions till pink and cooked but not brown.
2. Add remaining vegetables and cook. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add rice and mix well.
4. Add soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
